Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Nutrition Services Lead to join our team at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority. As a key member of our Culinary Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and leading a team of Patient Nutrition Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members
  • Follow all UW Health guidelines and policies regarding food safety and sanitation
  • Train and orient new staff members
  • Act as an effective leader for the Culinary Services Department and the organization
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition preferred
  • 3 years food service, hospitality, or customer service experience required
  • 6 months leadership experience preferred
  • ServSafe Certification within 180 days required
