We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Analyst to become an integral part of our IT department. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer and telecommunication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain the company's computer, network, and telecommunication systems.
  • Provide training, troubleshooting, and support for employees on various software applications.
  • Address and resolve issues related to computer, network, and telecommunication hardware and software.
  • Manage and oversee special technical projects as assigned.
  • Assist with multiple IT requests, including in-person support.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity on a daily basis.
  • Act as the primary backup for the IT Manager.
  • Occasionally work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server editions (2019, 2016, 2012, 2008 R2), and Linux Suse.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products, including 365 PowerShell, Microsoft Active Directory administration, and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Failover Clusters, and SAN.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including topology, routing, and switching.
  • Experience in user account management across various platforms, data backup and recovery methods, and software deployment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing regular interruptions.
  • Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, etc., are preferred.
