Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of offices, public spaces, and residential apartments.
  • Oversee the use of cleaning chemicals and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist in planning and executing the annual deep cleaning program.
  • Schedule apartment preparations for move-ins and conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory control systems for cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding resident issues or concerns.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of the housekeeping department budget.
  • Foster a culture of energy awareness within the department.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ability to speak and understand the English language.
  • Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
