Production Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by monitoring production processes and identifying defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload materials, net, bags, product or stock to designated work areas as needed.
  • Perform a combination of production tasks, including loading straw in machines, bagging rolls, and assisting operators in setting up jobs.
  • Adjust and operate machinery to ensure proper function and production for quality.
  • Package products and maintain logs of product type and weight for each roll.
  • Track all scrap and downtime, and maintain a clean surface of machines and work areas.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted.
  • Ability to produce accurate work in a timely manner.
  • Able to work on foot for extended periods of time.
  • Reliable mode of transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
