About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Associate to join our team at Locke Supply Co. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations, and ensuring that our customers have the products they need when they need them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer product recommendations and find cost-effective solutions for customers' needs
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing and overseeing jobs for the next day
  • Ensure that our retail store is clean and organized, and that inventory is accurately tracked

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
