Georgia School Boards Association is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Advocate to join our team. Our goal is to empower educational boards to lead and manage effectively while ensuring operational efficiency. Our innovative software solution, Simbli, is designed to streamline board activities, including paperless meetings, strategic planning, policy oversight, board evaluations, document management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding, implementation, and successful adoption of Simbli.
  • Develop expertise in Simbli to provide training and guidance to clients on optimal usage.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to assist clients in maximizing product value by highlighting new or underutilized features.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, collaborating with the Product team to convert client feedback into actionable product enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding Simbli's application to additional workflows or departments within client organizations.
  • Gather and share client success stories with the Marketing team to support case studies and testimonials.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to foster growth and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Simbli Knowledgebase.
  • Engage in product webinars and contribute to content for Simbli User Conferences, both virtually and in-person.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role focused on success or support.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a passion for educating users.
  • Proficient in using technology, including Zoom and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with a knack for identifying efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
  • Experience in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing online training materials or using tools like Captivate or Camtasia.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or Pendo.
  • Understanding of the operations of Boards of Education.
