Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of GRC projects and internal control testing of our financial and operational business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support GRC Projects: Assist in assessing risks and controls associated with key strategic initiatives and business functions.
  • Internal Control Testing: Support the annual internal control testing program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports for management on project or testing results and corrective action plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on risk and compliance policies or best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support the organization's compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement opportunities within the GRC department.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of audit, accounting, or finance experience, or 3 years of experience in a related field.
Desired Skills
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRMA.
  • Professional Experience: Relevant professional experience in a GRC or audit-related function.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
