We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Controls and Compliance Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team at Navistar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of GRC projects and internal control testing of our financial and operational business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support GRC Projects: Assist in assessing risks and controls associated with key strategic initiatives and business functions.
- Internal Control Testing: Support the annual internal control testing program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports for management on project or testing results and corrective action plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on risk and compliance policies or best practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the organization's compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement opportunities within the GRC department.
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of audit, accounting, or finance experience, or 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRMA.
- Professional Experience: Relevant professional experience in a GRC or audit-related function.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
