Compliance Specialist for OEMs

At Dealer eProcess, we're seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our OEM & Compliance team. As a Compliance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' websites and digital assets are fully compliant with current requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly review DEP client websites to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
  • Direct and assign compliance issues to appropriate departments for resolution, correcting basic errors and issues on your own.
  • Respond to dealership or department inquiries regarding compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure each department is aware of compliance requirements and issues.
  • Develop internal controls and policies to ensure compliance needs are met.
  • Assist with additional ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Build relationships with clients remotely via phone and email.
  • Experience using Google and Excel.
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics Certification a plus.
