Guest Experience Manager

The Guest Experience Manager position plays a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a fantastic time at Wynn Las Vegas. As a key member of the casino marketing team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and retention through exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the casino marketing team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience and drive loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of previous experience in casino, hospitality, telemarketing or other customer service environment.
- Possess highly organized self-motivated skills, ability to work well under pressure, and effective communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
