Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate communication and coordinate care.
- Provide comprehensive education to patients and families about prostate cancer, its treatments, and potential side effects.
- Support patients in making informed decisions about their treatment and care.
- Participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about prostate cancer and promote early detection and screening.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in urology or oncology nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
