Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer or partner emails in a concise, professional style.
  • Utilize our internal knowledge management system to find answers to questions.
  • Perform final review of claims that fail automated processing edits to ensure service companies are paid in a timely manner.
  • Enter or monitor parts orders.
  • Process credits for dealer returns, parts shortages/damages.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Computer literacy to include all Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in a business setting and prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently on a task.
  • Good organizational skills and follow through.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
