Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Weighmaster to join our team at Gary Merlino Construction Co., Inc. As a Weighmaster, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate weighing and dispatch of materials, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate weighing and dispatch of materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with plant manager and outside quarry personnel
  • Manage daily activity spreadsheet and generate tickets for after-hours and weekend activities
  • Collect cash or process credit card transactions for COD sales
  • Reconcile credit card transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of material produced and stocked
  • Familiarity with list prices for all material sold
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
