Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with potential, current, and former customers to provide a comprehensive understanding of our clients' wireless products and services
  • Stay informed about promotions and discounts offered by our client and upsell services when appropriate
  • Maintain and organize sales contracts and confidential customer information in our POS system
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and represent the brand professionally at all times
  • Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Trainees to track customer engagement trends and campaign data
  • Confidently address customer inquiries and overcome objections when necessary

Requirements

  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new wireless products and services
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
