Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling digital assets that support our sales team, enhance our website, and drive our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital assets for various platforms, including but not limited to websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Contribute to multiple projects in varied levels of completion, multi-tasking within fluctuating deadlines
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience
  • Create email templates that are visually engaging and optimized for various email clients and devices
  • Create visually appealing and effective sales collateral
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Fresh, original portfolio of past design work
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Must be flexible to deadline demands and seasonal schedules
  • Talented in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HubSpot templates is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, balanced with strong willingness to collaborate
  • Must be able to accept constructive criticism
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and communicate delays effectively
  • Passion for expanding knowledge of design tools and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of design experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
