We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Old National Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and the native capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and gather requirements in alignment with business goals, objectives, and key results to drive forward movement that supports the alignment of business needs with Salesforce build.
  • Evaluate existing business processes against industry standards, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate conversations with the business to drive actionable change in alignment with stated priorities and key results.
  • Own closing the documentation gap that currently exists in this space: from user stories to process flows to supporting background materials.
Requirements
  • Solid grasp of banking processes.
  • Familiarity with banking products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • History of working with Salesforce as a tool.
  • Salesforce Admin certified; or, alternately: Ability to pass a Salesforce Admin certification exam within the first 4 months of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organization and project management skills to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives.
