**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Retail Store Manager** for our Washburn convenience stores. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of retail operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • **Manage and Supervise Store Employees**: Ensure consistent and efficient operations by managing and supervising all store employees.
  • **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
  • **Inventory Management**: Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • **Marketing Initiatives**: Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • **Compliance and Customer Service**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, and handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze store performance and provide reports to senior management.
**Requirements**
  • **Previous Retail Management Experience**: Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the convenience store industry.
  • **Leadership and Communication Skills**: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • **Sales and Inventory Management**: Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets, knowledge of inventory management and replenishment processes, and familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
  • **Financial Acumen**: Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
