Job Title: Trach Vent Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. As a Trach Vent Private Duty Nurse RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and promoting patient independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Teach patients and families about disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
