We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at TableOne Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our kitchen staff, ensuring exceptional quality of food, and managing the financial goals of each kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Provide culinary direction and leadership to the kitchen team, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Menu Development: Create dynamic menus for all outlets that evolve and change on a regular basis, taking into account seasonal ingredients and trends.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyze each kitchen cost center's financial performance and contribution to the restaurant's profitability.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing training and opportunities for growth and development.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in the development of marketing plans and objectives, and implement F&B marketing and restaurant programming initiatives.
- Collaboration: Coordinate culinary operations with other departments to ensure efficient service and high-quality guest experiences.
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in the direction and management of employees in a culinary environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Culinary Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques, with a thorough understanding of food preparation techniques and food hygiene practices.
- Business Acumen: Strong business skills, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
