Job Title: LPN Center Clinical Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced LPN to join our team as a Center Clinical Manager. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and services
  • Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and improve clinical operations and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in current state of employment
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in a medical clinic or hospital
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience with direct reports
  • IV Therapy certification (if required by state board of nursing)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross
