HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Stellar Industries, Inc. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing professional-level support to managers, staff, and the company in areas of recruitment, employee performance, compensation, benefits, engagement, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Provides day-to-day support and guidance to cross-functional site team members while coordinating the implementation of best-practices within the HR team.
- Assists the business in conflict resolution and the timely addressing of issues.
- Supports leaves of absence administration, compliance, and tracking.
- Applies labor law knowledge and independent decision making within the perimeters of company policy, as well as local, state, and federal law.
- Drives initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Assists with Employee training and development.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Maintains and analyzes HR metrics and prepares reports on key HR activities, such as turnover rates and recruitment efforts.
- Works with Human Resources team members to cross-train, streamline processes, and increase productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle sensitive information and situations in a confidential, and discrete manner.
- Time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
