Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Develop and execute a menu of creative cocktails, beers, and wines that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters loyalty and retention.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar: Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and adheres to safety standards, providing a seamless experience for guests.
- Process Transactions and Manage Inventory: Accurately process drink orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain proper records to optimize sales and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Team: Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders, providing a cohesive and satisfying experience for guests.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest beverage trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance our menu offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and work calmly under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location.
- Certifications: Certified in responsible alcohol service, as required by state or local law.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: High energy, stamina, and ability to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment, with a focus on teamwork and adaptability.
