Job Title: School Psychologist

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to join our team in the Wixom, MI area. This full-time, on-site position for the 2024-2025 school year offers a unique chance to work with students, teachers, and administrators across multiple schools within the district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans to address a range of student challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a cohesive school-wide approach to supporting student success and well-being.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services for students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote positive school climate, social-emotional learning, and student success.
Requirements:
  • Michigan State License in School Psychology.
  • Prior experience working with students in a school setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills in psychoeducational assessment, intervention planning, and consultation.
  • Expertise in evidence-based approaches to address learning disabilities, social-emotional learning needs, and behavioral challenges.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
