Job Summary

The Cashier is a key role in our stores, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout counter. This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist with restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store environment.
  • Participate in store meetings and contribute to team efforts to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Cashier experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation

$14.50 per hour.
