SUMMARY:
The Customer Engagement Associate (CEA) is primarily responsible for overseeing the interactions between the logistics provider, clients, and sales teams concerning their designated accounts.

The CEA cultivates this relationship by gaining a deep understanding of the client's organization, product requirements, workflows, and collaborating with the Sales team to deliver exceptional service to all accounts.


FULL DESCRIPTION:
Acts as the main liaison between NESCO Inc. Supply Chain and the assigned external clients.
Accountable for all facets of the relationship, including assessing incoming communications and determining a swift resolution.

Develops and sustains positive, effective relationships with key internal stakeholders; UTILIZES MULTIPLE DISPATCH SYSTEMS (TES, LME, FOUR KITES, OTR) AND EXTERNAL SCHEDULING SYSTEMS (RETAILIX, RETAIL LINK, UNFI, ONE NETWORK, etc.) TO RESOLVE ISSUES FOR ALL BUSINESS UNITS; maintains familiarity with all internal NESCO Inc. policies, procedures, and software applications; stays informed about external clients' organizational structures, procedures, and other relevant information; leverages available resources to identify the most cost-effective solutions to best meet the needs of the company and the client; identifies and implements innovative solutions to address challenges that adversely affect any aspect of the delivery process, positively representing NESCO Inc., its relationship with clients, and the accurate delivery of products to external customers.


REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.

EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of professional experience in transportation or logistics, beyond standard customer service roles.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in MS Office applications required; a significant portion of business is conducted via email, potentially exceeding 300 messages daily.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Conflict Management skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Positive demeanor; Problem Solving skills; Negotiation skills.
