Job Overview
This role encompasses a range of Health Information Management responsibilities, including:

organizing, categorizing, and digitizing patient information into electronic health records (EHR) and retrieving medical documentation as needed. Participation in training sessions is essential to maintain proficiency in these tasks.

Ensuring quality assurance checks are performed and that all digitization is finalized within a specified timeframe.

Conducting quality assessments of scanned images for clarity and proper orientation, while confirming that the data is accurately entered into the respective patient's medical record.

Responsibilities also include traveling to collect patient records from various healthcare facilities. Proficiency in software applications, basic office tasks, and multitasking capabilities are necessary.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
This position does not entail supervisory duties.
