About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multidisciplinary Clinical Team Leader to join our Lehigh Valley ACT team at Resources for Human Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining oversight and direction for the clinical and operational leadership of our multi-functional team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in a relevant field and significant experience in direct care with adults in mental health, intellectual developmental disabilities, substance abuse, juvenile justice, healthcare, vocational rehabilitation, or similar programs. They will also have clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LISW, RN, or MD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Develop initial assessment and treatment plans for clients, assign direct care staff, and maintain ongoing evaluations for planning and coordinating treatment activities.
  • Staff Supervision: Directly supervise assigned personnel, assist in selection, train, and support staff in completing assessments and developing effective care and support plans.
  • Administrative: Supervise medical record maintenance, develop and maintain scheduling systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Financial: Work with the financial manager to maintain fiscal viability through cost control and revenue development.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in psychology, psychiatry, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, education, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in direct care with adults in mental health, intellectual developmental disabilities, substance abuse, juvenile justice, healthcare, vocational rehabilitation, or similar programs
  • Clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LISW, RN, or MD
