Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team and help advance our Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in material synthesis, surface chemistry, and experimental design.

Responsibilities
  • Design and synthesize novel sorbent materials for CO2 capture from ambient air.
  • Optimize sorbent properties to improve adsorption capacity, selectivity, and regeneration efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive characterization of sorbents using advanced techniques.
  • Design and conduct experiments to test sorbent performance in lab-scale systems.
Requirements
  • Masters degree or Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional working experience in sorbent development, characterization, and testing.
  • Strong background in material synthesis, surface chemistry, method development, experimental design, and adsorption processes.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques such as BET, TGA, FTIR, DSC, DVS, and related methods.
  • Experience with lab-scale and pilot-scale testing of sorbent materials.
