About the Role:

Responsibilities include operating our Truck Scale system, processing customer orders, and coordinating truck dispatch. The role also involves performing clerical tasks according to established protocols, requiring sound judgment in data selection and interpretation. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional, professional customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone
  • Input and manage customer orders accurately
  • Coordinate product and material dispatch for delivery
  • Assist with corporate accounting paperwork, including payroll and payables
