Overview

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 and is located at our Hammond, IN branch.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, employee discounts, and a retirement savings plan with matching profit sharing.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, with alternating Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing vehicle interiors to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Vacuuming and preparing vehicle interiors for rental
  • Washing, cleaning, and drying vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage and reporting any issues
  • Checking fluid levels and adding as needed
  • Fueling and staging vehicles for rental
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area

You will also be responsible for wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning and detailing supplies are available.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past three years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
