Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Project Planning: Create and implement project plans to ensure effective resource allocation and project execution.
  • Field Material, Subcontractor, Vendor & Equipment Buyout: Source and procure materials, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment to support project execution.
  • Formwork Selection & Buyout: Select and procure formwork to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Safety Program Management: Develop and implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Quality Control Program Management: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Crew & Labor Productivity Analysis: Analyze and improve crew and labor productivity to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Project Reporting (Cost, Fee, Safety, Quality, etc.): Develop and manage project reports to ensure effective project monitoring and control.
  • Personnel Training (PE & APM): Develop and implement training programs to ensure the development of project engineers and assistant project managers.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Closeout Organization and Management: Ensure the successful closeout of projects, including final inspections and client handovers.
Requirements
  • Education: A 4-year degree in a construction or engineering field, or a 4-year degree in an unrelated field with previous construction experience and/or a strong interest in construction.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of project engineering experience and 2-3 years of assistant project manager experience.
