Behavioral Health Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Director to join our team at LifeLong Medical Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our behavioral health programs, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of clinicians and support staff.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral health programs, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Lead a team of clinicians and support staff, providing clinical and administrative supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting program goals.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve program effectiveness and patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Represent LifeLong Medical Care in community and professional settings, promoting our mission and values.
- Master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
- Experience in leadership and management, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong clinical and administrative skills, with expertise in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
