Luxury Real Estate Division Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Luxury Real Estate Division. As a Director of Luxury Real Estate, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing our agency's prominence in the luxury market, and overseeing the operations of our luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of luxury real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our agency's presence and market share in the luxury real estate sector
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling branding strategies and marketing campaigns specifically tailored for luxury properties
- Implement innovative marketing initiatives, leveraging digital platforms, exclusive events, and targeted advertising to showcase luxury listings effectively
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- A proven track record in luxury real estate sales
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury property markets, including trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior
- Strong networking abilities with an established network of high-profile clients, developers, and industry professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with affluent clientele

Compensation: $125,000+
Responsibilities: Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly, manage a sales team, provide leadership, training, and coaching, determine and implement attainable goals for agents, help agents create and practice their sales scripts, and manage budgets and expenses.
Qualifications: Must have a valid real estate license, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly, prior experience in sales, and one year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred.
