About the Role

Arlo Solutions is seeking a highly skilled HUMINT Policy Staff Officer to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP). As a contractor, you will work closely with Defense HUMINT Executors (DHE) and DoD Components to collect information, prepare reports, and provide compliance assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with DHEs and DoD Components to collect information, prepare reports, and provide compliance assessments.
  • Support the planning and execution of Staff Assistance Visits (SA V) to DHEs by coordinating schedules, providing read-ahead materials/checklists, and confirming all SA V detail with DHEs.
  • Prepare briefings, talking points, and recommended positions for meetings.
  • Prepare staff packages for DoD leadership to respond to Congress for all 1-1 HUMINT-related Questionable Intelligence Activities and/or Significant/Highly Sensitive Matters.
  • Provide recommendations and prepare staff packages to support updates to DoD-level policies, the DoD Senior Defense Officer/Defense Attache (SDO/DA TI) program, and DoD interrogation activities.
Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with policy development or policy analysis work within the Department of Defense.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with policy development for DoD HUMINT operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with oversight activities, reviews, and reports of DoD HUMINT operations.
