Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our design team at Tai Apparel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office tasks, and contributing to the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the design team in day-to-day responsibilities, including managing samples, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the development of new products by researching market trends, providing trend insight, and collaborating with designers to create product strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize upcoming needs and approach, and assist in presenting apparel concepts and product lines to retailers.
  • Manage sample handoffs, develop CAD presentations, and prioritize needs for the design team in partnership with the sales team.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including shipping packages, answering the door for deliveries, and maintaining computer passwords.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, washes, treatments, and silhouettes.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Working Conditions
