Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to fill the position of Business Development Manager in our Global Underwriting Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex accounts, developing business relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • College Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field; Risk Management major is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of liability and professional lines of coverage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Benefits:

A highly competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work arrangements, remote work options, paid time-off, and access to our state-of-the-art Clubhouse facilities.
