Compensation:Potential earnings of $85,000+ annually based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide and advise clients to help them achieve their home buying goals
- Engage with 20 individuals daily
- Maintain exceptional communication throughout the entire client experience, collaborating with our inside sales and administrative teams
- Utilize our CRM system to manage your sales pipeline and create opportunities (training provided)
- Initiate and manage incoming leads through various communication channels via our CRM platform
- Understand all aspects of the home buying process and effectively communicate our value proposition
- Must have a current Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one (VA, MD, or DC)
- Enjoy negotiating and building rapport
