Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. As a key member of the front end team, this individual will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager to maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers
  • Maintain knowledge of office procedures, including cash reports, register checkups, deposits, Western Union, money orders, and Coinstar
  • Ensure work stations and front end areas are clean and organized
  • Report any register malfunctions to the Customer Service Manager or MOD

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform technical requirements of cashier and service center
  • Meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
