Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Credit Union Associate to join our team As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, processing transactions, and promoting the credit union's products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process various financial transactions, including loans, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consumer finance company or related industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.


Compensation:$50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
