  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment components using an array of tools; reassemble machinery as necessary.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to guarantee the efficient operation of machinery and overall property upkeep.
  • Examine motors, drives, belts, and fluid levels; replace filters and perform other essential maintenance tasks.
  • Assemble, install, and maintain diverse systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
  • Identify mechanical problems and devise suitable solutions utilizing blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
  • Operate and test machinery to detect any operational issues.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities along with associated costs.
  • Lubricate and clean various machinery components such as shafts, bearings, and gears.
  • Dismantle equipment using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools for part replacements.
  • Align and balance newly installed equipment.
  • Perform regular minor maintenance on all relevant machinery.
  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained and address any safety concerns promptly.
  • Repair and refurbish pumps as needed.
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks around the facility.
  • Qualifications:
  • Expertise in handling pumps, grinders, conveyor systems, gear drives, and motors.
  • Experience in general maintenance, carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing; possessing licenses in at least one of these fields is a plus.
  • Practical experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties effectively, including lifting heavy objects and navigating multi-story buildings.
