Senior Implementation Manager Job Description

ANR Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Manager to join our team in Richland, WA. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management, technical skills, and leadership abilities to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review key project documentation to identify areas for improvement and optimize schedule performance, quality, and resource utilization.
  • Validate the quality of Work Order Tasks (WOTs) associated with assigned scope prior to field activities and ensure compliance with Columbia work management processes.
  • Develop and implement testing and acceptance plans, and provide input on mock-up activities to improve project outcomes.
  • Communicate personal Operating Experience and identify industry and/or similar Operating Experiences associated with project activities.
  • Provide timely and candid feedback to Project Managers, Oversight Managers, and Department Management on project strategy, implementation plan, and execution.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a related field of study or business, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in Enterprise Management Software, logic-driven schedules, and code and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in construction management, multiple refueling outages, and production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear powerplant.
