Job Title: Senior Implementation Manager

ANR Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Manager to join our team in Richland, WA.

Job Summary:

The Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of key projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution, and maintaining a high level of quality. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate project documentation to identify areas for improvement and optimize schedule performance.
  • Lead the remediation of identified errors or misconceptions in project documentation.
  • Develop and implement testing and acceptance plans to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide timely and candid feedback to project managers and oversight managers on project strategy and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a related field or business, and 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in error reduction and human performance improvement methods.
  • Intimate knowledge of logic-driven schedules, code and regulatory requirements, and procedures and processes related to maintenance and engineering activities.
  • Proven experience in construction management, multiple refueling outages, and production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear power plant.
