Job Title: Senior Implementation Manager

Join Cross Resource Group as a Senior Implementation Manager and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Enterprise Risk Projects, providing technical oversight, and driving project governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review key project documentation to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for refining project strategies and resource allocation.
  • Validate the quality of Work Order Tasks (WOTs) associated with assigned scope and ensure compliance with Columbia work management processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on testing and acceptance plans, including factory, shop, site, mock-up, and post-modification testing.
  • Identify activities and processes that would benefit from mock-ups and provide input on making them effective and impactful.
  • Communicate personal Operating Experience and identify industry and/or similar Operating Experiences associated with project activities.
  • Develop response strategies for each Operating Experience example.
  • Serve as the ASME PIC for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope as needed.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge base of associated codes, standards, innovative technologies, technical skillsets, implementation strategies, and general industry trends.
  • Provide timely and candid feedback to Project Managers, Oversight Managers, and Department Management on all aspects of project strategy, implementation plan, or any other facet that supports successful execution of a project.
  • Coordinate resources and collaborate with vendor resources to ensure roadblocks are identified and removed.
Requirements:
  • Requires an advanced (graduate) degree in a related field of study or business AND 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field of study or business AND 12 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Requires an associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND 14 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Requires a High School Diploma/GED AND 16 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in construction management.
  • Proven experience in multiple refueling outages at a commercial nuclear power plant.
  • Proven experience with the production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear power plant.
  • Proven experience with feedwater heaters and internals of feedwater heaters.
  • Proven experience with steam systems and/or work associated with ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel code vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and valves.
  • Certifications associated with mechanical disciplines, construction, or projects are desired.
