This internship will focus on working with the team members to respond to customer inquiries, ensuring customers receive efficient and courteous service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Member specials & order entry
  • Intercompany orders
  • Consumer Affairs (complaints, questions, responses to inquiries)
  • Incoming leads on company website
  • Support inside sales team with office coverage
  • Support shipper salesperson with paperwork
  • Feedback to improve processes and services

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood


Required

  • Pursuit of a Business undergraduate/graduate degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Highly organized and excellent with details and accuracy
