Evening Custodial Staff

CUSTODIAL OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE:
Full Time Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. This role involves responsibilities at various educational facilities. Custodians will report to the building principal and collaborate with the head custodian to execute a range of tasks, including cleaning, upkeep, and general maintenance of the premises.
The primary objective is to guarantee that students and staff have a secure, appealing, comfortable, clean, and efficient environment conducive to learning, recreation, work, and personal development.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in custodial services and facility operations. Willingness and capability to perform general cleaning duties. Proficiency in operating machinery and technology relevant to building maintenance. Demonstrated ability to interact courteously with colleagues and the public. Must be dependable and able to function effectively as part of a team. A valid Massachusetts driver's license is required. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Successful completion of a CORI/SORI/Background Check is mandatory. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the building principal or Director of Finance and Operations. Completion of a two-hour asbestos awareness training is required within the first month of employment. SALARY:As per contractual agreement; includes a $1.35 shift differential for evening shifts. During summer and school breaks, this position operates on a first shift schedule. The custodial contract is available for review online.
