Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government contracting requirements and be able to work collaboratively with the project team and other departments to facilitate administrative project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and scheduling of projects
  • Review and prepare subcontract documents and scopes of work
  • Coordinate and distribute required items through client construction management software
  • Verify that all required documentation is completed and received prior to on-site performance
  • Attend site walks and project meetings as necessary

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and use critical thinking to comprehend and analyze processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite programs and Procore
  • Ability to learn and utilize required client software
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
