Construction Manager

Restoration Management Company is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to oversee the production of multiple construction projects and manage in-house labor. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with subcontractors and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of Superintendents and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed to customer satisfaction.
- Report on daily progress and communicate with adjusters, customers, and co-workers.
- Negotiate pricing and obtain approval from the Superintendent.
- Develop and implement means of tracking and monitoring subcontractor work.
- Provide detailed reports on daily progress to the Superintendent.
- Work with Project Directors and Superintendents to develop budgets and schedules for repair projects.
- Gather and submit documents and work orders for timely billing.
- Maintain and update job budgets and schedules in collaboration with the Superintendent.
- Schedule subcontractors to perform work on jobs.
- Assist the Superintendent in evaluating subcontractor performance and addressing corrective actions.
- Obtain necessary permits through local agencies.
- Support the Company's safe workplace policies and practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial construction with supervisory or superintendent duties.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Hands-on experience in defining project budgets and tracking/monitoring progress.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Industry-related certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Computer experience in MS Outlook and other programs.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Required OT for scheduled work, after-hour response, and weekend options available.
- Occasional PPE use depending on the situation/claim.
- Daily commuting is required.
- Occasional travel to support project needs.
