JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in a customer-centric role focused on building relationships while overseeing administrative tasks.
  • Work alongside the Global Events and Partnerships team and various Textron business units to identify opportunities and guarantee the successful execution of events.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams within Textron Aviation to ensure timely event execution.
  • Confidently interact with internal and external customers/vendors to manage logistics throughout the event planning and execution phases.
  • Develop and implement pre/post-event reports that encompass qualitative and quantitative data collected on-site, including follow-ups with Sales personnel to identify strengths and areas for improvement for future events.
  • Manage a show budget with guidance from the show lead and manager, acquiring the technical skills necessary for executing events within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent customer experience at trade shows and events.
  • Expected travel is approximately 25-50% of the year.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in Trade Shows and Events or relevant customer service or marketing experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Key strengths include project and time management, strong executive presence, proactive and responsive to business opportunities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to maintain composure during problem-solving and conflict resolution, along with budget management skills.
