Job Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide exceptional nursing care to patients at our provider's office. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including triage, medication administration, and procedure assistance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
  • AHA CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • One to two years of experience in a primary or specialty care physician's office preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
