Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough behavioral assessments and analyses to identify client needs and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Designing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Supervising and guiding team members to ensure they deliver high-quality care and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team to ensure consistency in interventions across settings.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
