Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire production process, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery across all product lines.
  • Implement Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-engagement work environment by mentoring and developing team members.
  • Ensure the optimal use of materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production efficiency, quality, and team performance.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are followed.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and customer success teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing and production management software.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, plus benefits, including weekly paychecks, health insurance, paid sick time, and a retirement option.
